Electronics education kits have always been an interesting way for people to learn electronics. I first learnt on a small breadboard kit that I received for Christmas and was soon onto VCRs and other broken household electronics.

However, electronics have changed since I first gained exposure and kits now include microprocessors that come with a range of peripherals.

Often we find ourselves with a sandbox problem. These microprocessors are capable of so much that we don’t know where to begin, and online guides often skip vital basics that form the understanding of what is occurring when we just follow instructions.

Designed with lesson plans to take anyone from no electrical knowledge to being able to program and build circuits with understanding of what they are doing.

It’s actually possible to get information, including of our country, from these satellites in our own backyards, providing a great opportunity to learn about radio communication, satellites and data encoding in a live environment that gives you the view of an Astronaut.
